Delivery condition

The general delivery time for our products is between 3 - 10 working days (depending on stock levels, production time and order situation). Each individual order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. The packages are sent with our shipping partner DHL and delivered between Monday and Saturday. Delivery delays caused by the shipping operator or external influences (e.g. natural forces) will not be refunded.

​We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us (Makra Pro, Matthias Krabel, Erlanger Str. 15, 91480 Markt Taschendorf) immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract hand over. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

​You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

• The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
• In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate of EUR 5.99 per package for delivery within Germany (this regulation does not apply if free delivery is offered through discount campaigns). The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
• When paying by cash on delivery, a fee of approx. 2 euros may be due, which the deliverer will charge on site. There are no other taxes or costs.

• Deliveries within Germany are made with DHL.
• In other European countries, the delivery costs differ. The following countries are supplied:​​

Italy, Spain, France, Netherlands, Estonia, Sweden, Poland, Romania, Greece, Portugal, Croatia, Austria, Ireland, Hungary, Slovakia

• Shipping takes up to 3 - 4 working days. Any deviating delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.

• Payment can be made either by PayPal, credit card or prepayment (other payment options will be shown to you at checkout).
• If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
