Nicht ganz optimal

Die Scharnierachse hat nicht den selben Durchmesser wie die originale! Deshalb hält die Armlehne nicht optimal und fällt weg beim Öffnen. Ebenfalls musste ich eine kleine Ecke planschleifen da es nicht gepasst hatte, und 3D Druckerteile sind zweckmässig billig aber nicht FENDT würdig😉

danke dir für dein Feedback. Bei einigen Kunden tritt das Problem mit der Scharnierachse auf und wir haben eine Lösung dafür gefunden. Hier haben wir dir eine Mail geschrieben und können deine ALF4 gerne hier bei uns reparieren. Sag uns gerne Bescheid, dann senden wir dir ein Versandetikett zu. Wir haben uns auf Grund der Anschlussgeometrien für eine 3D-gedruckte Variante der Blende entschieden, wobei uns ein Edelstahlblech bei dieser Armlehne günstiger gekommen wäre. Die Blende ist aus einem hitzebeständigen, mittelhartem Material hergestellt, welches nach DIN EN ISO 14855 biologisch abbaubar ist. Daher ist in den 3D-Druck mit der Oberfläche einiges an Zeit und Testen hineingeflossen. Wir hoffen, dir damit mehr Infos geliefert zu haben und wünschen dir angenehmes Arbeiten mit deienr Armlehne.

Komfort: gut- Preis/ Leistung: mittel

Die gepolsterte Armlehne ist wirklich sinnvoll. Die Polsterung selbst ist wirklich gut verarbeitet. Der harte Kunststoff Teil ist billigst mit einem 3 D gedruckt dadurch finde ich den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.

Daher ist die Blende der ALF4 aus einem hitzebeständigen und mittelhartem Material hergestellt. Zudem ist das Material nach DIN EN ISO 14855 biologisch abbaubar. Dadurch mussten wir beim 3D-Druck einiges an Know How und Testen hineinstecken.
